1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hausjam in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Hausjam is a web-based room design tool that lets you upload photos of rooms, identify and move furniture, and experiment with room layouts. The service is provided as-is during our early-access phase.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service

5. Token system and payments

Some features of Hausjam require tokens. Tokens are consumed when AI-powered operations are performed. Purchased tokens are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Free tokens may be subject to expiry and are not transferable.

6. Intellectual property

Hausjam and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Hausjam and its licensors. You retain ownership of photos and content you upload but grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results in all cases.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hausjam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
